Lauren joined New Covenant’s staff in March of 2026 after two years of leading volunteer-based ministry, Mission 143. Lauren finds great joy in sharing Christ’s love by advocating for those in the margins, specifically our community members experiencing homelessness. Through Mission 143 she leads clients towards long term, sustainable housing solutions by helping navigate social services, providing tangible care and connecting clients to local resources. When she is not spending time with clients, she can be found at the soccer fields or gymnastics gym cheering on her kids, Miles and Ivy or planning her next vacation with her husband Easton.
