Spiritual Formation Retreat
Join us for a weekend of reflection and spiritual renewal as we start the Lent season with a Spiritual Formation Retreat, March 6-7. We hope you can join us!
New Member & Baptism Sunday
On Sunday, March 8th we will be receiving new members and have an opportunity for anyone who wants to be baptized in both our 8:30 and 11:00am services.
During our services we will be baptizing anyone who has not been baptized but is ready to make the public profession, and any child who has not been baptized. Baptism is a huge part of who we are. We want to make sure that we communicate the power of the sacrament in a way that glorifies God and unites the body!
If you have been visiting New Covenant Church, or been attending for a while and are considering membership, or if you or your child have not been baptized but would like to be baptized, let us know; please contact Abbi Blair atablair@newcov.tv or by calling 405.562.3212 today!

Men’s Lent Bible Study
I contend that while we often use the word “blessed” to indicate some favor upon us (a family picture at the beach with caption, "So Blessed”) in the Bible, "blessed” takes on a different look. Moses was blessed and had to contend with rebellious people. Paul was blessed and was imprisoned, stoned, etc. Mary was blessed and watched her son on a cross. Don’t sound like trips to the beach to me. Perhaps blessed is more about God being with us, beside us, to carry out His will vs. all about good fortune.
Please make plans to join us for this Bible Study on Thursday mornings, at 6:30 am in the Fireside Room. We'll have hot coffee and donuts ready for you!
OWLS Lunch
Join us for a OWLS Spring Lunch on March 12th at 11:30am in the Chapel. This is a great way to enjoy a meal and entertainment with other seniors who attend New Cov! Lunch will be fried catfish, chicken, cole slaw, hush puppies, french fries, and strawberry cake with ice cream for dessert. The entertainment will be Cowboy Jim Garling from Guthrie! Cost for the event is $15. Please join us!
NC Students Ski Trip 2026
We are excited to be able to share that over Spring Break 2026 (March 13th – March 18th) we are planning a Ski Trip for our students! We believe that through shared experience community is created, fostered, and strengthened. This trip provides a great opportunity for students to connect and have fun with each other as we look to build community in a healthy, Jesus-centered environment.
Saturday Serve at Shiloh Camp
Our March Serve Saturday will be at Shiloh Camp in OKC on Saturday, March 14th! We’ll meet at 448 NE 70th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73105 at 8:00am ready to start serving! There will be different outdoor clean up projects! This should be an easy volunteer opportunity for kids, teens, and adults!
Shiloh is on a mission to inspire hearts, ignite connection, and impact lives. They do this through a variety of programs that are raising up the next generation.

Men’s Retreat at True North Base Camp
Pastor Jay would like to invite the men of New Covenant to something meaningful.
True North is a local ministry that creates space for men to hear from God and grow as sons, husbands, fathers, and friends—through a deeper life in Jesus. They host a weekend experience called Base Camp, an “expedition of the heart,” focused on honest faith, real transformation, and becoming the men God is calling us to be.
Pastor Jay will be attending the True North Base Camp, April 30–May 3, at Camp WOW in Stuart, OK, and would love for other men from New Covenant to join him. This weekend is an opportunity to step away from the noise, lean into Christ, and grow alongside other men in a meaningful way.
While schedules are full and weekends are valuable, the investment in a renewed relationship with Christ reshapes everything—our marriages, our parenting, and the way we show up in the world.
Details & registration:
If cost is a barrier, partial or full support is available. Those who register are encouraged to let Pastor Jay know so travel and coordination can be planned.
This is an invitation to become more present, more courageous, and more like Jesus—together.
Location: Camp WOW, 8256 Diagonal 1500 Rd, Stuart, OK 74570

Coffee Talk
Come for good coffee and great conversation on Friday, February 20. This event is hosted by our OWLS ministry, but open to all! We will have coffee and donuts and meet in the NC Café at 9:30 am! Our special speaker is Jack Rosenburg, the Chief Operating Officer of TriCorps Security, a retired highway patrolman, and a member of New Covenant who attends the Genesis class with his wife. Jack will be speaking on the topic of home security and cyber security! Please join us!
Ash Wednesday Worship Service
Our Ash Wednesday Service is March 2nd, at 6:30 pm in the Worship Center. Ash Wednesday marks the start of the season of Lent, when we set aside time for reflection on Jesus Christ: His suffering and sacrifice, His life, death, burial and resurrection. Please join us as we start our journey towards Easter.
We'll have the Pancake Dinner in the Activity Center directly before the service starting at 5:30 pm. Also, our NC Kids will be hosting a Kids Ash Wednesday service in the NC Kids Building at 6:30pm.
Ash Wednesday Pancake Dinner
New Covenant will serve a Pancake Dinner at 5:30 pm on February 18 in the Activity Center. Join us for dinner before the Ash Wednesday Service at 6:30 pm. This will take the place of Midweek Dinner, so bring your family and come join us for hot cakes and all the fixings!
President’s Day - Offices Closed
In observance of President’s Day the New Covenant offices will be closed.
D-Groups Interest Meetings
Time + Trust = Transformation. At New Covenant we encourage everyone to take an even deeper step in their faith by starting a D-Group AKA; a Discipleship Group. This is a group of three to five men or women who meet weekly to engage in transformational questions and pray for one another. If you’d like to learn more about what a D-group is, how to get one started or have any other questions then I want to invite you to a D-group interest meeting! We will have two times available on Sunday, February 15th. You can join us at 10AM OR 12:15 in Room 202. This meeting will run 15 minutes at the most and depending on the questions, but it will be quick! Enough time to get back to your Sunday School class or to lunch. Questions: Contact Amber Hocker at 405-562-3203 or ahocker@newcov.tv.
Starting Point
Are you new to New Covenant? Maybe you’ve been coming for a while, but only attend worship. Maybe you are in a group, but don’t feel like you understand much about this New Covenant family yet.
Starting Point is for you! We will spend four Sundays together from 9:45-10:40am in Room 103 learning about who we are and focus on each step of our Discipleship Pathway! On the fourth Sunday we will have breakfast and fellowship together. We will begin this class on Sunday, February 1, and meet through February 22. For more details contact Abbi Blair at ablair@newcov.tv or 405-562-3212.

Estate Planning 101: Are you prepared for the future? This 5-week class will cover essential estate planning topics to help you protect your loved ones and steward your legacy wisely. Whether you’re just getting started or need a refresher, this class offers practical guidance for every stage of life.
Celebration of Discipline: Suzan Benson will lead this class as a natural next step following our fall Renovation of the Heart journey. Together, we asked the question, Who am I becoming? This class continues that invitation by helping participants learn and practice spiritual disciplines that shape a Christ-centered life.
Revelation Bible Study: BEGINS JAN 28
This study is a continuation of last fall’s Revelation Bible Study and will pick up where we left off. If you’ve been part of the journey—or want to jump in as we continue exploring this powerful book—you’re invited to join us.

Monday Morning Moms Group
You are invited to join the Monday Morning Moms, a small group Bible study, usually between 10-15 ladies at different ages and stages of life, who all happen to be moms. We meet every Monday at 10:00 am in the Hospitality Room and will be reading Melissa Spoelstra's study on Isaiah this winter! Each week, we spend our time focused on study, fellowship, friendship, and prayer. Our study begins on Monday, January 12, so join us!
Monday Morning Women’s Bible Study
Mark your calendars for January 5, 2026, when we will begin our January women’s Bible study! We will meet at 9:30 am in the Fireside Room for an 8-week study of the book of Proverbs. The title of the study is The Way of Wisdom with video lessons from six teachers. The book of Proverbs describes wisdom as the greatest treasure of life, more valuable than anything else we could desire. As we consider wisdom principles on everyday topics like words, work, friendship, marriage, parenting, money management, and leadership influence, we will discover the wisdom of Proverbs as an invitation to steadily walk God’s way in God’s world.
Books can be ordered from Lifeway.com or Amazon. Amazon has a spiral bound edition. Questions? www.newcov.tv/women.

Men’s Bible Study
God has created men to have incredible strength. But today’s culture has hijacked masculinity, distorting strength into passivity and abuse. In this 5-part video Bible study series, pastor Joby Martin invites men to embrace God’s definition of masculinity and to step into His calling upon their lives to wield their strength on behalf of others. God has designed men to be protectors, providers, and defenders. When men act like men, everyone flourishes.
