Sunday Serve
February 1
Stay for a few minutes after worship today to help us build Meal Kits for Neighborhood Services Organization (NSO)! NSO is located near downtown OKC, where a growing number of homeless and transient neighbors rely on nourishing, mobile meals. These meal kits allow NSO to provide high-protein meals or snacks to individuals in need. This is a meaningful, hands-on way to serve our community and support NSO’s mission of caring for some of Oklahoma City’s most vulnerable neighbors.
Guatemala Interest Meeting
February 1
If you have any interest in being part of a mission trip to serve at the Casa Aleluya children’s home in Guatemala this summer, please join us for a short interest meeting on Sunday, February 1, at 12:15 pm in the Hospitality Room.
Our trip is geared primarily toward relationships and experiences for the kids at Casa Aleluya. Spanish is helpful, but not necessary! From crafts and movie nights to VBS and bible lessons, we hope to give them special experiences as beloved children of God! Occasionally, there are "work" projects on campus, but we mostly plan fun activities to share God's love and care for them.
The trip will be in the second half of June 2026, depending on flight availability. Volunteers must be at least eighteen-years-old or travel with a parent/guardian.
Chili Cook-Off
February 1
Our New Cov favorite, the annual Chili Cook-Off, is coming up on Sunday, February 1, starting at 5:00 pm. It's always a great event in which we come together as a church family and have a friendly competition to determine the “Best Chili Makers” in our church.
This year we are raising funds for Mission 143, a ministry based out of New Covenant that exists to serve those suffering from homelessness and those at risk for becoming unhoused.
If you aren't competing, make sure to bring some money to vote on your favorite chili. Also, people with last names that begin with A-L bring desserts and M-Z bring fixin's (Fixins=crackers, cheese, Fritos, cornbread, onions, etc.) .
You can sign up to bring chili as an individual or sign up with your family group or some friends to compete as a group!

Starting February 2nd, come as you are and pause for a bit as we get to know God better! This casual group of women of all ages gathers together to spend time in community and go through studies that use God’s word to pour into our lives. This year they will study Scripture with The Bible Recap from Tara-Leigh Cobble in five different six-week sessions! Questions? Contact Liz Moser

NC Girls’ Superhero Retreat
February 20-21
Every girl is created by God with gifts from the Holy Spirit—not to fight villains, but to love boldly, forgive freely, and shine for Jesus! Girls in Kindergarten–5th Grade are invited to our first-ever NC Kids Girls’ Retreat on Friday, February 20, and Saturday, February 21, 2026.
Join us for a superhero-themed adventure featuring Bible lessons (Galatians 5:22–23), games, crafts, a tea party, and more—including an optional sleepover. The retreat will be held at New Covenant Church and costs $30, which includes meals, activities, and a t-shirt. Friday runs 5–9 pm, with an optional overnight (female parent/guardian required), and Saturday continues 8 am–2:30 pm.
