One Service: July at New Cov

WORSHIP at 10:00AM
This July, in the spirit of unity and shared mission, New Covenant will come together for one combined worship service every Sunday at 10:00am. It’s a chance for both of our services to worship side by side—one church, one time, one heart. We believe this month will be a powerful time of connection, celebration, and renewed purpose.

NC Kids will have Kids’ Church at 10am and Sunday School at 11am.
NC Students will join worship at 10am and have programming at 11am.
Adult Sunday Schools will meet either before or after the 10:00 service, so check in with your leader to find out when your group will be meeting!

July is also Faith Promise missions month, where we’ll hear stories of God’s work through local and global missions.

Each Sunday will feature inspiring voices:
July 5: Pastor Jay & Colton Dudley, missionary in Guatemala
July 12: Lauren Miller, Coordinator of Mission 143
July 19: Cheri Weaver & WingsOK
July 26: WhizKids and Commitment Sunday

We hope you’ll make a plan to be part of this meaningful month—we can’t wait to worship with you!

Sign up for a time slot today to help save lives through being a donor at the NC Blood Drive on July 12th! New Covenant is hosting a blood drive in partnership with Our Blood Institute (formerly Oklahoma Blood Institute) on Sunday, July 12th from 8am-12:00pm. They will have a blood mobile van parked in our north parking lot.

Regional Food Bank Serve Opportunity

July 24

On Thursday, July 24th we will be serving at the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma starting at 1:30pm. We will meet at New Covenant’s south parking lot at 12:30 to pray together and then carpool to the Regional Food Bank (3355 S Purdue Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73179)!

Volunteers will do a variety of tasks: Backpacks for Kids, Pantry Boxes for Seniors, labeling bags, sorting produce or bread, and more, so this should be an easy volunteer opportunity for kids over 8, teens, and adults! A perfect way to serve as a family during the summer! Volunteers under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. This is also a great way to serve one weekday afternoon per month! Upcoming dates to serve will be on the fourth Tuesday each month.

Please let Barabara Perry know if you can help serve by July 16th by emailing yrrep3@cox.net as she must register each person at RFB, seven days prior to the volunteering date.  Let Barbara know if you are willing to drive others in your car.

Disciple Middle School Camp

July 22-25

Disciple is a middle school (incoming 6th-graduated 8th) camp. We are so excited for one of the most fun and impactful weeks of the year—Disciple Camp!

This summer, our theme is What Would Jesus Do. Most importantly, this week is about encountering Jesus. Through powerful worship and meaningful prayer experiences, students will have the opportunity to connect with God in a deeper way and grow in their faith like never before. Whether it’s your first time or a favorite tradition, get ready for the best week of the year. We can’t wait to see you there! Scholarships are available if needed, email cblair@newcov.tv.

  • Camp Dates: July 22-25, 2026

  • Camp Location: Sky Ranch | Miami, OK

  • Camp Cost: $320

Stephen Ministry

Ever Thought About Becoming a Stephen Minister? New Cov will be training another class of Stephen Ministers beginning on Saturday, August 22, and continuing on Monday evenings until November 15.

Stephen Ministers work alongside our pastors to care, encourage, and provide emotional and spiritual support to people who are going through a difficult time, such as divorce, grief, hospitalization, unemployment, terminal illness, relocation, chronic illness, or loneliness.

If you have gifts for caring, encouragement, and listening, please begin to prayerfully consider whether you might want to be part of this exciting ministry. If you think you might be interested, talk with one of our Stephen Ministry Leaders and get more information: Frank Andrews (713-206-6898), Carol Andrews (713-726-4481), or Bonnie Cates (405-919-91030).

Tech Team Serve Opportunity

Our NC Worship Team is looking for volunteers to help operate cameras to help share the good news of Jesus outside of our church walls! If you have an interest in serving NC in this area, please contact Marvin Scheele at mscheele3@cox.net.
