Edmond Community Thanksgiving Dinner

Help Serve our Community!

New Covenant is once again helping support the Edmond Community Thanksgiving Dinner. It will be held at the UCO George Nigh Center this year on Thursday, November 28, from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm.  New Covenant is one of four Edmond churches that provide food donations.  We also have lots of volunteer opportunities!  If you are willing to donate a frozen turkey, green beans, corn, sweet potatoes, etc., please sign up in your Sunday School classroom (folder on your table), at the Connection Point, or contact JoAnn Simpson-Miller / 405.348.9160. All food items must be brought to the Connection Point or the Cafe by noon on Sunday, November 17.

Are you willing to help out on Monday, November 18, or Tuesday, November 19?  We need lots of volunteers to carve turkeys here at New Covenant on Monday and to help make bread stuffing at New Covenant on Tuesday. Also, New Covenant is in charge of decorations, home delivery, and take -out orders on Thanksgiving Day. We need volunteers to help at the Thanksgiving Dinner from 7:00 am- 5:00 pm.

Dinner is served at UCO Nigh Center from 11:00 am-3:00 pm for anyone! We’d love to have you join us for this wonderful dinner made possible by churches, Edmond businesses, and individuals willing to give of their time.

Would you like a Thanksgiving meal brought to you?  Call 405.341.3602 ext. 6. Meals are brought to your door if you are not able to go to the event at UCO Nigh Center.
